East Anglian Schools Trust

Networks

The development of EAST-wide Networks forms an essential part of how we work together across schools, innovate and work through solutions to common issues. Our Networks are formed around two key categories, and these represent two core aims for EAST:

1. Educational

2. Infrastructure

A trusting relationship between our schools underpins the work we do together. This ensures that we can work transparently together to ‘pool’ expertise and experience. Each Network is formed from individuals who understand the value of working together and how this can enhance the development of each school and support the professional development of those involved.

You will see from the diagram below that EAST has initiated our Networks with an emphasis on infrastructure and leaders working together to bring about improvement.  As next year develops, you will see the growth of Subject Networks to help develop and share ideas for teaching and learning, alongside the development of school improvement strategies.
